Tamara Squires
is the Host, Fitness Expert and Producer of the fitness DVD series Dancer’s Body™ that is sold across the nation. She is the Executive Director of TAMJAMS!, a touring professional dance/fitness convention that brings customized workshops to private studios around the world. She has been instructing for over 25 years!
Tamara conducts weight loss intensives, inspiring others to successfully reach their fitness goals! She motivates her clients with her own personal story of losing 60 pounds.
Recently, she performed with the legendary Debbie Reynolds at the Nokia theater. She was the Assistant Choreographer for Michael Jackson’s production of Sisterella European tour. She has performed, toured and taught throughout the United States, Australia, Europe, Asia, Mexico and Canada.
Tamara’s career in front of the camera started at age 12 on the TV show “Kid’s Incorporated”. Her credits include The Academy Awards, the film Dance To Win with Paula Abdul, The Tonight Show, NBC Soaps (Days of Our Lives & Generations), National Pepsi commercials, Saved by the Bell, & NBC’s Guys Next Door.
Tamara was the choreographer for More Zap/Ron Rubin’s production Razzle Dazzle and was the Associate Director/Choreographer for Odyssey Dance Theatre. Tamara has also choreographed for dance companies, workout videos, stage productions, NBA halftimes, private studios and universities winning numerous choreography awards. Other credits include Music Man, A Chorus Line, Broadway on Tap, Asics and Danskin Industrials, MTV videos and singer/dancer for Stacy Q and Cheyenne concert tours.
