We’ve made certain that hosting a TAMJAMS! workshop is easy.

We take care of the details, so you don’t have the hassles of managing the workshop or travelling to an off-site convention; and so you can focus on your studio and students.

TAMJAMS! has been providing in-studio workshops since 1996—the original in-studio convention—and we are experienced with all of the important details and administration that are crucial to creating a wonderful workshop experience!

	FILL OUT THE REQUEST A QUOTE FORM
	When we say customized, we mean it! This form will help TAMJAMS! build your workshop according to your specifications.

	TAMJAMS! WILL CONTACT YOU
	Using the information you provide on the form, TAMJAMS! will contact you with options and pricing for your workshop.

	SEND DEPOSIT & CONTRACT
	TAMJAMS! will send you a confirmation outlining the details of your workshop. Next, a contract will be sent that will need to be signed by the Host Studio Owner and returned with a deposit to lock in your requested dates.

	RECEIVE HOST STUDIO PACKET
	Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, TAMJAMS! will mail you a Host Studio Packet. It contains all the materials you need to register your students and promote the workshop.

	SEND REGISTRATION
	Register your students, then send in the Master Registration List and payments according to your contract.

	THAT'S IT! TAMJAMS! WILL DO THE REST!
	TAMJAMS! will book and pay for all flights, accommodations, faculty salaries and more. We will provide a very organized, professional workshop that you, your students and parents will enjoy.
